Robins

Today Kordell was waiting for his mother on the front lawn and saw a mommy robin and a daddy robin fly into our yard.  The daddy robin found a worm in the lawn.  After pulling the worm out of the grass he hopped toward the mommy bird.  He dropped the worm on the grass closer to the mommy.  Then he picked up the worm and hopped closer to her and dropped it again.  He repeated this twice and then she picked up the worm and ate it.  Kordell and his mom decided that even in nature daddies are good at taking care of their families.
